Leading a Balance: Innovation in Work and Life
Engineers by nature are both integrators and problem solvers. This unique skill set prepares us well to prioritize, balance, and integrate our life goals with our career growth and progression. This talk will share aspects of my own journey through various aspects of growing responsibility in two different industries, technology and healthcare. It will also touch on the benefit of a problem solving, integration and optimization mindset to balancing the challenging demands of a career in R & D with the needs of being a mom, wife, and leader in the community.
